The doctor
will then study the results of all exams and any x-rays
and meet with you to give a report
of findings, discuss what they mean and recommend
a treatment
program for you. With an understanding of your condition,
you're ready to begin Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy
(CMT) or 'adjustments'.

The doctor's
adjusting techniques include mainly Gonstead, Diversified,
and Activator. These are gentle manipulation methods.
Most patients report their adjustments feel good, even
relaxing. When the bones of the spine return to a more
normal position and motion, symptoms are relieved.
